Barrington.Co was first established in 2006 by David Barrington following a successful career in corporate senior management with strategic, marketing, sales, operations, and finance experience.  David always saw the business as a whole, and systematically looked for improvement.  Combining this with his passion for knowledge, technology, people and change, David had always been a catalyst for business transformation.

When David realised it was a certain minority of senior managers who were geared towards transformational change that cause organisations to find new markets, new competitive propositions, to make step changes in growth, structure, process, and profit improvement.  It was time to form Barrington.Co, with the aim of helping other entrepreneurs and enterprises reach their potential through a blend of Personal and Business Coaching services, supported by Consulting and Interim management, when required, to support getting things done.

David also realised, that these minority of transformational change managers are not so good at keeping an efficient business running.  That then requires the type of senior manager of the category where most fall into, who are geared towards honing and running things, maximising returns, and milking the opportunities.

Now our network of highly experienced specialist Business Coaches, Consultants, and interim managers, have all worked together, in most cases, for several years and know where and when to call on expertise from across the team, or even outside, when needed. 

To be a successful driver of change, it is usually more important for a business coach, consultant, or interim manager to have an excellent business knowledge and experience gained from a broad stage, rather than any one specific industry or sector.
